This document (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of Our website ("Website"), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using Our Website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using Our Website.

2.1 Our Website operated by Translive Global Limited ("We" "Us" "Our"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08544908 and have Our registered office at Chapel House, Bentley Square, Oulton, Leeds, LS26 8JH. Our VAT number is (+44)1133505066.

2.2 We are an online translation service which provides translation, interpretation and transcribing services ("Services") by translators, interpreters and transcribers ("Linguists").

3.1 You can access our Website without registering with Us but if you wish to purchase Services then you must register. You must ensure that all the details you provide at registration are correct and complete.

3.2 It is not permissible for you to impersonate someone else during the registration process by entering data or information which relates to another person.

3.3 By registering with Us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and, if you are registering as an individual (rather than a business) you are at least 18 years old.

3.4 Before you enter into a contract, you will be told how much the Services will cost. All pricing is determined by an algorithm which analyses the data you have provided to us. Prices are fixed with the exception of transcription services, where you will be provided with an estimated cost. Once We have reviewed the transcription need, We will confirm a fixed price for such Services before you enter into the contract.

3.5 When you request Services, a Linguist will reply within a reasonable timeframe, which will usually be within 24 hours. If you require Services to be completed within that timeframe, it is your responsibility to find a Linguist who can fulfil your requirements by using the Live Chat feature, or by contacting Us.

4.1 All contracts for Services shall be between you and us.
